Located in Cheltenham, 16i Space is easily accessible from Cheltenham Spa train station via bike, foot, or car; with an in-house, friendly receptionist available to meet your guests on arrival. The modern meeting spaces are fully equipped with state-of-art technology including interactive whiteboards and high-speed wifi, whilst a dedicated support team are on-hand to help with refreshments and IT support if required.

The minimum hire period for each of the meeting rooms is ½ day (4 hours).
The maximum hire period for each meeting room is one day, although consecutive bookings are available for up to five days. Longer periods may be available subject to availability and by prior agreement, just get in touch and one of the team will help.
Cheltenham Spa train station is a 10 minute drive or 30 minute walk away, with bus links also available and a bus stop just a few hundred meters from the front door.
The largest meeting room has a maximum capacity of 32 people, with adjacent room space also available.
We can provide flip charts and / or a standard whiteboard on wheels. The collaboration / multi-purpose space has an interactive screen which can be used as a whiteboard with multiple 'pages' and the ability to email through at the end of a session. Flipcharts and pens can be hired for an additional charge if required.
Hot drinks and water are included within the hire charge with any additional beverages, snacks or refreshments being subject to an additional charge.
A good selection of snacks are available but we can also arrange for a Deliveroo / Uber Eats / Just Eat etc delivery to the premises - all of these are chargeable.
Each rental of the spaces comes with two dedicated parking spaces in the main car park with an additional two spaces available for an additional fee. There are no parking restrictions on Old Station Drive and plenty of space on Leckhampton Road.
